Jaimie Gooding has practised in the areas of Property and Banking and Finance Law since 2004. During this time she has developed extensive experience in residential and complex commercial lending securitisation.

Jaimie also acts for numerous private, short-term and mezzanine funders in both loan advance transactional work and loan default/recovery proceedings. Jaimie also supervises the mortgage
managed lending programs and is experienced in the following residential loan programs: Adelaide Bank, Macquarie, MECU, Origin, Resimac, Firstmac, Challenger, Toyota and ING.

Regularly providing advice to clients in relation to compliance with the Consumer Credit Code and other finance related legislation, Jaimie also has extensive experience in residential and commercial property transactions. These include residential purchases and sales, commercial acquisitions (e.g. resorts, restaurants and petrol stations), liquor and food licencing, sub-divisions and plan amalgamations, leasing and general property related transactions.

Jaimie is the solicitor responsible for the Commercial and Private Lending Team, the Mortgage Managed Residential Lending Team, Mortgage Default and Recovery Team and the msl Brisbane Conveyancing team.
